Tips for a design that survives motion
Video is harder on artwork than a still. Thin lines and small text blur as the fabric moves, so go bolder than you would for a flat mockup. Keep the key part of the design on the upper chest, where the shirt moves least. And check the result on your phone before you post it, because that is where most people will see it.
