It also works for shops that ship in December and want a “we gift-wrap” visual, for Christmas label and sticker designers, and for small brands planning a holiday post. The top-down angle crops cleanly to a square for Instagram.
One tip: the tag is small in the frame. Two or three words read fine. A full sentence turns into grey noise once the image is shrunk for a feed.
How to edit the gift box mockup in Photoshop
- Open the PSDT file in Adobe Photoshop.
- Double-click the smart object layer and paste in your pattern or design.
- Save and close the smart object. The mockup updates by itself.
- Change the background colour. The preview uses a slate blue; a warm off-white suits kraft and red patterns, and a deep green makes the holly disappear.
- Export as JPG or PNG.
